Who we are

Digital-signage.uk is operated by Whitham Print Services Limited ("WPS", "we"), registered in England and Wales, company no. 12714334. Registered office: 50 Ash Drive, West End, Southampton, Hampshire, SO30 3FA. ICO registration: ZB332993. We are the controller of personal data submitted through this site. What we collect

When you submit a quotation or advice enquiry we collect the details you provide (name, business name, email, phone, location and project information), the page you submitted from, and campaign information such as the website that referred you. To protect the forms from abuse we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address; we do not store the IP address itself.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

How long we keep it

Scrambled IP records are deleted automatically after 30 days. Enquiries are kept for two years after our last contact with you, and then deleted. If your enquiry leads to an order, we keep the related business records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Who processes it for us

Data stored in the EU is covered by the UK's adequacy regulations for the European Economic Area. These providers are US-headquartered and may access data from outside the UK or EU, for example for support; where that happens we rely on their standard data processing terms.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is not currently active on this site. If we enable it in future, it will only load after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner; if you choose "Essential only", no analytics is loaded. See our cookie information page to change your choice at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how we use it, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email rob@whithamprintservices.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
